Right now, we are seeking a **Specialist Sourcing and Procurement, Center of Excellence** , based at Western Union's global headquarters in Englewood, Colorado.


In this role, you willlead, coordinate, or participate in assigned projects simultaneously, including process development and reengineering, research, analysis, documentation, design/develop testing, problem resolution, training, status reporting, implementation, and post-rollout review/audit. Create and analyze complex data for reporting and potential solutions

**Here are some specifics:**


Maintain procurement specific software infrastructure (e.g., eProc) to make available to entire organization


o Work to ensure BU/functional team members engaged in procurement activities know about and how to use systems (including producing training materials with IT assistance)


o Work with IT and any external providers to install and maintain procurement systems required for organization self-service, as well as those required by strategic sourcing managers


Maintain databases of critical inputs for strategic sourcing analysis including spend and price levels for products, services, BUs/functions, and vendors as well as a contract repository


o Work with finance and BUs to maintain spend baseline as well as record of contract and POs


o Lead the development of market benchmarking & market indices tracking (where applicable)


Maintain policy manual and work with BUs/functions and procurement organization to ensure compliance


Develop and maintain, with input from strategic sourcing managers, rolling 12-month sourcing event pipeline and category council activities


**Qualifications**


+ BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

+ 3+ years of relevant work experience, including financial analysis experience

Experience leveraging Ariba suite of Data Analytics, Sourcing, Contracting and SRM modules


Comfort with a broad range of IT systems and experience with developing/leading development of company-wide systems use


Experience with budgeting/ forecasting process as well as database or library management


Strong understanding of benchmarking practices


Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills


Experience with Oracle P2P a plus


Experience with Jive a plus


Experience with GRC systems a plus
